Return & Refund Policy
At Fablewick, we want you and your curious kid to love The Secret Jobs of Backyard Creatures. If you're not satisfied, we're happy to help.
30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
How to Start a Return
Email support@fablewick.store with your order number and reason for return. Willow will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card statement — processing times can vary. If it's been more than 10 business days, contact us at support@fablewick.store.
